Owner Ivan Kane vows the party will continue with brand new Forty Deuce Burlesque Supper Club!
The phenomenal reception for Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce at Easton Town Center was cut short after just two months of operation with the mandatory closure of all restaurants, bars and clubs. Now owner Ivan Kane plans to reopen his legendary concept on May 21st … but with some changes … some exciting and some necessary.
Says Kane, “More than ever we need to go out, socialize and extrovert over great food and quality entertainment … so rest assured, the Forty Deuce Café’s gourmet burgers and skyscraper shakes, and the Forty Deuce Speakeasy’s world- famous burlesque, will continue!”
First the exciting news …
The Forty Deuce Café will be reopening on May 21st with a new outdoor patio, allowing guests to dine outside while basking in the sun of the beautiful Columbus summer season in the new and stunning Urban expansion at Easton. Forty Deuce will also be launching a Bowery Boys Kids Menu with fun specials that come with a side and drink.
… and through the walk-in refrigerator in the kitchen and up the steps of the hidden staircase, starting May 29th the Forty Deuce Speakeasy will be home to the sexiest, most exciting and most diverting dinner party in town!

For only $55.00, the prix fixe dinner package will include a crafted shot upon entering the Speakeasy, great music over the Forty Deuce state-of-the-art sound system and a special menu created by rock n roll Executive Chef Elliot Bender, with choice of salad, entree and skyscraper shake for dessert … and for cocktails a choice of Forty Deuce’s signature Flask Service (with mixers) or Champagne/Wine Bottle Service … and of course Kane’s World-Famous burlesque.

And now the necessary news…
To ensure the safety of staff and patrons and to go beyond current regulations, prior to opening Forty Deuce will install hospital grade UV Germicidal lamps in the kitchen and front of house of the Café, as well as backstage and in the public areas of the Speakeasy.
In addition, our staff’s temperature will be taken at the beginning of every shift. Forty Deuce will also be redoing the floorplan to allow for 6 feet or more of space between every party, both indoors and out, upstairs and down. Guests will fill out disposable menu/drink order sheets with sanitized pencils and food will be brought to the tables by runners wearing masks and gloves. In between every seating, tables and chairs will of course be re-sanitized.
“But don’t be bummed out by these necessary precautions,” adds Kane, “we’re just going to be safe AND have a great time. It’s just the way it is. You can’t keep us down, baby!”
