Food Options
Ivan Kane’s Forty Deuce has partnered with many restaurant concepts on property, including next-door-neighbor Flankers, to provide elevated comfort bar food, Strip Steak. Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak for seafood and signature cuts of premium beef, Kumi Japanese for Sushi platters, among other restaurant properties within the Casino.
Multiple platforms throughout the room provide ample staging areas for food displays from soup to nuts, while tray-passed appetizers work well in the lounge setting, keeping all guests satiated without having to cue up for food service.
